We’re looking for a genuinely multidisciplinary designer: someone with the craft to set the visual bar and the range to own website and product design from concept to development-ready delivery.

What you’ll do

• Owning website and product design end to end: from concept through design systems and final screens ready for development
• Designing UX and UI across complex digital experiences, translating research and strategic direction into clear design solutions
• Setting visual concepts and creative direction within digital projects; extending and evolving brand identities across web, product UI, decks, and campaigns
• Building design systems, components, and scalable interfaces; contributing to reusable templates and studio best practices
• Shaping information architecture, user flows, and interaction design; prototyping and validating ideas where appropriate
• Presenting your work to clients and confidently defending design decisions with reasoning, not taste alone
• Leading workshops and collaborating closely with client stakeholders
• Conducting design and competitor research to inform decisions
• Mentoring junior and medior designers through reviews and feedback
• Collaborating with developers to ensure high-quality implementation, with real ownership of your accounts
• Maintaining quality, consistency, and usability across all touchpoints, keeping pace without losing craft
• Supporting pitches, case studies, and studio initiatives

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of design experience with a portfolio spanning shipped websites and products
• Agency or studio experience: you know how client work actually runs, including client-facing conversations in English
• Solid understanding of UX fundamentals, interaction design, and visual design principles
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English
• Mastery of Figma; design systems, prototyping, responsive design, and modern web design workflows
• You use AI as an operating system, not a copywriter
• Bonus points: motion and interaction design (After Effects, Rive, or Lottie)
