Every engagement starts with discovery: it is how the studio thinks, the first real touchpoint clients have with us, and the foundation everything else is built on. You will own it.

What you’ll do

• Planning and leading stakeholder interviews and client workshops at the start of every engagement
• Owning research planning and synthesis: deciding what we need to learn, running the research, and turning raw findings into clear insight
• Mapping user and customer journeys that ground design decisions in how people actually behave
• Driving feature mapping and prioritization: what we build, what we cut, and why
• Defining sitemaps, information architecture, and user flows for websites and digital products
• Framing projects: sharpening the problem, setting scope and success criteria, and aligning the client and the team around them
• Translating findings into concrete requirements and recommendations the delivery team can act on
• Documenting decisions so the reasoning behind the work is never lost between phases
• Running a structured handoff to Brand, Web, and Product designers, and staying available for questions
• Providing strategic continuity during production: keeping the work honest to the direction as the project evolves

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in UX, product, or design strategy; agency or consultancy experience strongly preferred
• A proven facilitator: confident planning and running workshops and interviews with senior client stakeholders, in excellent English
• Strong at synthesis, and fast: you turn messy inputs into structure, priorities, and a defensible point of view within tight discovery timelines
• A case you can walk us through: a discovery, strategy, or redesign engagement where your framing shaped what got built
• Bonus points: analytics and research tools as inputs to strategy; B2B and SaaS clients; Webflow and modern web stacks
