• Experienced with Figma as the primary design tool

• Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
• Enjoying work independently onsite and in collaboration with other team members (designers and project managers)

What would be your responsibilities?

• Translate brand and business objectives into websites through a structured Discovery process
• Design responsive wireframes, websites, landing pages, and digital experiences for various devices and platforms following provided inputs from the Discovery process
• Collaborate with strategists and UX designers to refine user flows and interaction patterns
• Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and iterate based on team/client input
• Collaborating closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of visual designs and smooth production hand-offs (prepare design assets, documentation, and handoff materials)
• Optimizing design assets for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices
• Creating and maintaining web-specific design systems, style guides, and reusable component libraries
• Using user insights, analytics, and usability feedback to refine designs and inform decision-making
• Developing high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to support user testing and stakeholder validation
• Staying up to date with industry trends, interaction patterns, and emerging web technologies to continuously elevate design quality

Who you’ll be working with?

• An in-house design team composed of product and graphic designers with 7 to over 10 years of industry experience, bringing a wide range of perspectives and skill sets
• External collaborators (our former colleagues and trusted specialists) who join when projects require additional specific expertise
• Project Manager making the collaboration as smooth as possible

What would be the projects you’ll work on?

• Our primary focus is in FinTech, Web3, and Real Estate, though client variety keeps us engaged across multiple industries
• We prioritize long-term engagements (venture-building partnerships or retainer-based collaborations)
• Our team also takes on a number of shorter, one-off projects that typically span 1–3 months
