We are looking for a skilled Webflow Developer with a strong track record of building high-quality, responsive websites that stay true to design intent. The ideal candidate has a solid grasp of front-end development, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring complex layouts, animations, and interactions to life—translating design into seamless digital experiences.

What kind of a team member are we looking for?

• Experienced in all phases of the development process including execution planning, understanding of the design, animations and micro interactions, front end development and back end logic and deployment
• Skilled in creating appealing presentational websites
• Fluent with design systems and Figma dev mode
• Dedicated to details in "translating" the design into code
• Enjoying work independently and in collaboration with other team members (designers and project managers)
• Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
• Great time management skills and strong sense of ownership

What would be the projects you’ll work on?

• Our focus is mainly on FinTech, Web3 and real estate, but the variety of for clients and our ventures keep us engaged in different industries
• From presentational websites to more complex ones, project duration is from 1-3 months
• In most of the cases, projects require an extra mile wether it’s a more complex animation or a micro application (interactive map, multi language website, CRM integration etc)

• You’ll be part of an in-house team composed of Webflow developers, designers with diverse expertise and Project Managers
