DELIVER
Discovery
We start by immersing in your business, users, and market. Aligning with stakeholders, spotting risks, and studying competitors gives us insight that grounds every decision.
Stakeholder interviews
Building a foundation for strategic decisions by aligning goals and priorities to ensure the product delivers value to users and stakeholders.
Problem/opportunity definition
Framing opportunities by identifying root causes, providing clear direction for impactful and meaningful solutions.
Competitive analysis
Analyzing competitors to uncover strengths, weaknesses, and gaps in the market, providing a clear context for differentiation.
User research
Conducting interviews, surveys, and observations to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Ideation
We explore multiple solutions through brainstorming, mapping, and quick sketching. This phase helps shape early concepts into clear product directions.
Idea generation
Exploring and generating a wide range of ideas through brainstorming, mind mapping, and workshops to address the problem or opportunity.
User journeys
Mapping how users interact with the product, focusing on their goals, pain points, and needs to shape intuitive workflows.
Feature mapping
Identifying and prioritizing features that align with user journeys to deliver maximum value.
Information architecture
Organizing content and features into a clear hierarchy, enabling seamless navigation and usability.
Wireframing
Sketching low-fidelity layouts to define the product’s structure, navigation, and user flows.
Prototyping
This is where ideas take shape. We translate concepts into detailed designs, define the visual language, and build a functional prototype ready for review and alignment.
Style direction
Exploring brand design elements to create a recognizable look and feel for the product.
High-fidelity design
Designing polished, detailed clickable prototype that represent the final product.
Responsive design
Ensuring designs adapt perfectly across devices for consistent usability and aesthetics.
Prototype
Designing full clickable prototype that represents conclusions from previous stages and performs as working product
UI animations
Designing smooth interactions and animations to enhance usability and create dynamic interfaces.
Testing
We validate the prototype with stakeholders and real users to uncover friction, improve flow, and ensure the product meets expectations before development begins.
Internal tests
Validate prototype with founders, stakeholders and everyone involved.
Usability studies
Testing designs with real users or internal to identify pain points and improve the overall experience.
Quantitative surveys
Measuring user preferences, pain points, validating assumptions, prioritizing features, and tracking satisfaction.
User journey refinement
Optimizing experience based on user interviewes.
Development collaboration
We prepare everything for a smooth handoff by delivering design systems, specs, and supporting the team during implementation. The goal is to keep the final build aligned with the original vision.
Design system
Creating a unified design system with typography, color palettes, and UI components using atomic approach.
Design hand-off
Providing detailed documentation and development-ready design files to ensure a smooth transition from design to development.
Implementation review
Collaborating with the development team to verify implementation accuracy and suggest improvements.

FAQ
What if I need a dedicated designer on the project for a longer period of time?
We refer to long-term collaborations as retainers. Based on our experience, many clients benefit from having a part-time designer integrated into their team, dedicated to ongoing product design tasks. This approach ensures consistent support and seamless execution of design needs over time.
Who is responsible for the priorities in the retainer model?
Besides the convenience of the direct communication with our team members, clients have the responsibility to manage priorities and plan deliverables.
What ’s the difference between a retainer and 1 off engagement type?
It’s mainly the duration of the engagement. Retainer model is more suitable for more mature products and teams compared to the 1 off where the engagement is shorted and typically scope for the design team is smaller until the first round of investment is secured.
What exactly is the test period?
The initial phase of our collaboration typically lasts 4 to 6 weeks. During this time, we focus on building a strong foundation by understanding each other’s working styles, communication preferences, and collaboration dynamics. This phase is essential for establishing a solid basis for a longer-term partnership built on mutual confidence and alignment.
Who will work on the project?
Our team of Product Designer and Project Manager as a point of contact, when needed. If the project requirements require other services (for ex. product showcase/reel or similar type of video production, social media visuals, marketing collaterals), we can include other designers as an addition to the team.
Can I get the custom quote?
Yes, prices given on the page above serve as a reference from what we’ve seen so far in working with start ups, scale ups and enterprizes. We’ll be happy to prepare and present a custom quote in line with project needs and scope. This might be in particular convenient when product design is purchased in a bundle with other services.
Regarding the costs and fees, what’s not included?
We deliver the work in the Figma project in your account so you could have ownership over the file and the visibility on the deliverables. This means cost for the paid seats (Dev mode) in Figma is not included in our service fee.
Do you participate in the user testing process?
Yes, our team can contribute in the phase of collecting feedback from the users not just by analysing data from analytics tools, but also from the (un)moderated sessions with users.
