• Experienced in all phases of the design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing
• Skilled in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final deliverables based on requirements
• Expert level in Figma and design systems
• Enjoying work independently and in collaboration with other designers
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for the quality of your work
• Aware of the user-centered design and the impact of the design in shaping product development decisions
• Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
• Great time management skills

What would be your responsibilities?

• Transforming business ideas into aesthetically appealing designs that are in line with (and enhance) the product strategy and goals
• Creating digital prototypes and mockups for user testing and product development
• Establishing design systems from scratch
• Design reusable UI components and contribute to scale and maintain internal design system
• Communicating visual decisions to cross-functional teams and important stakeholders
• Ensuring delivery and multiple production hand-offs within a strategic initiative
• Advocating for the user throughout product development
• Making design decisions based on user insights and collected data

Who you’ll be working with?

• An in-house design team composed of product and graphic designers with 7 to over 10 years of industry experience, bringing a wide range of perspectives and skill sets
• External collaborators (our former colleagues and trusted specialists) who join when projects require additional specific expertise
• Project Manager making the collaboration as smooth as possible

What would be the projects you’ll work on?

• Our primary focus is in FinTech, Web3, and Real Estate, though client variety keeps us engaged across multiple industries
• We prioritize long-term engagements (venture-building partnerships or retainer-based collaborations)
• Our team also takes on a number of shorter, one-off projects that typically span 1–3 months
