Role Overview

We are looking for a Web Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience to design and deliver high-quality, conversion-focused websites. You will work on marketing sites, product websites, and landing pages, translating brand strategy and business goals into clear, effective digital experiences.

In this role, you will combine strong visual design skills with solid UX thinking, ensuring websites are both aesthetically refined and easy to use.

What You Will Do

• Design modern, high-quality websites and landing pages from concept to final delivery
• Translate brand guidelines and business goals into clear web design solutions
• Create wireframes, page layouts, and high-fidelity visual designs
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation
• Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Work within and help evolve website design systems and component libraries
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, performance insights, and project constraints

What We Are Looking For

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a web designer, preferably in an agency environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing website design, visual quality, and UX fundamentals
• Excellent knowledge of Figma and modern web design workflows
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Solid understanding of responsive design and basic accessibility principles
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English

Nice to Have

• Discovery experience, including workshops, stakeholder interviews, or early concept definition
• Experience designing marketing or product-led websites
• Familiarity with Webflow or similar no-code tools
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end constraints
• Experience collaborating with SEO, content, or marketing teams
• Motion design or micro-interaction experience
