The challenge

As the UAE’s capital, Abu Dhabi is a global hub where people from around the world are drawn to its natural beauty, rich heritage, vibrant culture, and dynamic business scene - making it the ideal setting for Aldar’s launch of Water’s Edge in 2018. On Yas Island, residents enjoy a lifestyle like no other, with contemporary waterfront homes offering spacious interiors, modern amenities, and sweeping views of the Arabian Gulf. In another project with Aldar team, our team members joined forces as part of the Creitive Group.

When visiting a real estate website, audiences expect easy access to brochures, contact details, and clear overviews of the development, neighborhood, and property. With this in mind, we designed an experience that presents information seamlessly and intuitively—making exploration effortless while keeping visitors engaged and inspired to learn more.

A minimal look and feel, supported by striking imagery and a calming color palette, translated the vision behind this landmark development into a digital experience.

Custom web development & 3rd party integrations

Aldar’s marketing team and other stakeholders were already familiar with our custom CMS solution, which streamlined their internal processes and workflows. The platform served as the official source of information for the public, future customers, and investors, while also supporting Sales and internal teams by collecting leads and integrating smoothly with their existing tools.
