What kind of a team member are we looking for?

- Experienced in all phases of the design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing
- Skilled in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final deliverables based on requirements
- Fluent with design systems
- Enjoying work independently and in collaboration with other designers
- With the strong sense of ownership
- Aware of the user-centered design and the impact of the design in shaping product development decisions
- Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
- Great time management skills
- Expert level in Figma
- Interaction design would be a nice touch
- Experienced in FinTech is preferable

What would be your responsibilities?

- Transforming business ideas into aesthetically appealing designs that are in line with (and enhance) the product strategy and goals
- Creating digital prototypes and mockups for user testing and product development
- Establishing design systems from scratch
- Design reusable UI components and contribute to scale and maintain our design system
- Communicating visual decisions to cross-functional teams and important stakeholders
- Ensuring delivery and multiple production hand-offs within a strategic initiative
- Advocating for the user throughout product development
- Making design decisions based on user insights and collected data

Who you’ll be working with?

- In house design team is a mix of product and graphic designers with various interests and skill set
- Team members have been in the industry for 7 to over 10 years
- External team members, our ex colleagues and friends are engaged whenever project requires technical consultancy in the execution
- Project Manager is there to make the collaboration smooth

What would be the projects you’ll work on?

- Our focus is mainly on FinTech, Web3 and real estate, but the variety of clients and their requests keep us engaged in different industries
- We strive to be engaged on projects that are long term, weather it’s venture building or retainer model
- There’s also a number of 1 off projects where our team is engaged approximately for 1-3 months
