We are looking for a Digital Product Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience to own the end-to-end design of digital products, from early concept to polished delivery. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver usable, elegant, and inclusive experiences that drive real impact.

In this role, you will balance creativity with execution, shaping interfaces, refining interactions, and elevating the user experience across web and mobile applications.

What you will do

• Execute UX and UI design for complex digital products, from user flows and wireframes to interactive prototypes and final visual designs
• Translate research insights into meaningful design solutions aligned with business goals and user needs
• Collaborate closely with product teams, engineers, and stakeholders to iterate efficiently
• Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across products
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback

What we are looking for

• 3 to 5 years of experience in digital product design, ideally within agencies or product teams
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and problem-solving across platforms
• Excellent knowledge of Figma
• Solid understanding of UX fundamentals, interaction design, and visual design principles
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English
• Good understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practices

Nice to have

• Experience working with cross-functional teams such as product managers, developers, and researchers
• Familiarity with user research methods
• Motion design or advanced prototyping skills
• Experience designing scalable systems for evolving products
