The challenge
After collaboration on Kadena properties website and Propellyst projects, we've joined forces again to support the launch of the new initiative: fully digital experience for property sales. The challenge considered rethinking of the existing property purchase experience in Serbia. As a leader in their domain, Kadena properties brought experience and know how and relied on our team to execute UI and UX. Our collaboration resulted in the Laufen European Property Awards in Real estate category for Serbian market in 2023 and 2024.

Branding
Starting point in the porcess was the guideline from Sotheby's brand. Limitations of this kind usually are one of the constraints for the graphic design team but make them creative in the other apects of the brand identity. We had the freedom to make decisions about the art direction and the brand application on the website.
Website design
UX was critical more than typicaly would for this type of businesses. Key goal was to chanllenge and rethink how the properties are purchased currently on the market. Taking into consideration target personas behavious, needs and wants we knew hands on enabled us to relate to the decision making process. This allowed to understand each step and offer answers for various considerations property buyers/renters have along the way. Best practices in buildiling e-commerce digital products were brought to the mix which resulted in the website that is converting.
Custom web development
Presentational pages were base pillar in the development: execution exactly as per design is the minimum requirement we have in any development project. On top of that, automatic two-way data syncronisation with the CRM was critical for optimal operations and good user experience in the context of the property availability.
CRM and other 3rd party tools integrations
Data, data, and data once again! Relying heavily on the analytics tools high quality enabled decision making process with confidence. CRM system built in-house by Kadena properties specifically for real estate developers needs, allowed them to take the maximum for the website as an online sales funnel.
