Kolašin Valleys reinvents luxury living in Montenegro, sending you to the new heights, right at the peak of Bjelasica mountain. We were their partner on the project of website design and development used as marketing and sales tool with its interactive map as a way of representation of the available properties.

The challenge

The new real estate development project in Montenegro, Kolašin Valleys needed a website to for the event where the project was introduced to the broad public. Our team contributed with a promotional website and an interactive map that displays the available properties and units.

Visual direction

Project gathered experienced consultants from the luxury real estate sales and marketing domains so the brief was concise and clear. Brand strategy and identity was already in place and the logo, colors and typo directed the look & feel: sofisticated, refined, personal, premium. We had amazing areal photography and video material to take the visual direction to the next level.

Web design

Client had a need to use the wesbite as the promotional, as well as the sales and lead generation tool. Therefore, besides the typical pages where the content is providing more info about the project, its parts, differentiation and offering, website visitors are able to explore interactive map of the 2 neighbourhoods, over buildings, floors and finally taking them to the selected apartment view.

Webflow development and interactive map

On this project we've played around with available renders and photography and with the matherial mapped out all available properties that will be shown on the map. This particular example demonstrates how 2D renders can be used so the performance of the website isn't compromised.

CRM integration

To ensure real-time data about property availability, interactive map and every contact form on the website are integrated with the CRM system. This integration also allows for the leads to be collected, grouped and processed further.
