Many years of experience in real estate development companies in the Middle East were inspiring for our product design team to recognise the need on the market for the property navigator. Existing solutions were complex in terms of the technology, expensive for implementation and maintenance and weren’t covering different scale projects.There was an opportunity that was initially tested in Serbian market in partnership with Kadena properties - team of experience real estate developers.Using structured exercises and design thinking methodology we’ve drilled down to the very details and defined use cases, USP and determined the user journeys and product features for primary use cases.

Rich set of features covers the complete sales funnel from acquisition to the property reservation. Business model is subscription based and has already proven market acceptance by serving 20+ customers. Primary a website plugin, Propellyst is built for web and it can be used with android and IOS mobile applications. Propellyst brings more realistic way of property promotion and transforms the experience of buying properties. It revolutionizes the connection between digital and offline, while obtaining the information hierarchy, relevant figures and data.

First task was the brand design. Our team had the goal to create modern logo and attractive colour scheme that will represent the vision of the brand.Propellyst identity reflects the brand’s sales-oriented real estate tool with a graphic language that is recognizable and modernist, with a bright, blue palette.The wordmark uses a contemporary sans serif font, with structural narrative and sharp edges. Focus is on the first letter of the brand with a distinctive navigational arrow icon and open door as a symbol of collaboration and greeting.

Product design had 2 goals: for end user - intuitive property finding and transparent information architecture wrapped up in an visually pleasing user experience and for real estate developers marketing and sales process optimisation with no hustle related to the implementation. We focused on assisting end users in effortlessly finding properties that suit their needs. Besides the easy and intuitive navigation and development project representation, we recognised the importance of all other steps in the process of the property purchase.Loan instalment calculator is there to provide users with valuable insights into whether a particular apartment fits their budget.We have empowered users with the ability to minimise apartment windows, allowing them to compare multiple options side by side in an effortless way.Interface is completed with interior or exterior presentation, material usage, location, number of rooms, as well as the power to configure the price of the real estate.

Propellyst platform connects several parts: product platform, lead generation website and CRM integration.
