Our team’s engagement involved designing and developing the first official website for the project, laying the digital foundation for its global presence and early engagement with investors and future residents. The result of this collaboration website was awarded with the European Property Awards development - Best developer website Serbia for 2020-2021.

Our team proposed a modern, visually engaging design that’s both intuitive and impactful. The use of bold typography and strong, vibrant colors creates a lasting first impression. The website is easy to navigate, allowing visitors to seamlessly explore rich content and gain a deeper understanding of the development and its commercial offerings.

Custom code and scripting were used to seamlessly bring the UI design to life while supporting a robust set of features. The primary goal was to ensure that available properties could be easily filtered, sorted, and discovered within just a few clicks. The solution was developed as an independednt, plug-and-play application for maximum flexibility and ease of integration.

To ensure real-time property availability, the interactive map and all contact forms on the website are fully integrated with the CRM system. This integration not only delivers up-to-date information to potential buyers but also streamlines lead management for Sales teams - enabling efficient collection, categorization, and follow-up of inquiries.
